Houghton Lake Bobcat Booster Club

smalllogo.jpg

The Booster Club has started this year with the goal of raising $60,000, no matter how challenging it may be!  We are all well aware of the economic situation going on in this community and state, but we are not going to have the schools suffer.  We intend to keep all school sports programs.  So to do this we need your donations and assistance!  Please start by taking part in the listed events.  (If you want to make a tax deductible cash donation, please contact a member of the Booster Club.  We greatly appreciate it.)

New Bobcat clothing is sold at most sporting events.

  • Tailgate Friday: Every Friday night that there is a home Varsity Football Game several restaurants have agreed to donate a portion of your total bill to the Boosters.  All you need to do is inform your server that you are participating in " Bobcat Tailgate Friday."  So look at it this way, you don't have to cook on Friday night and you will be supporting the Booster Club!
    • Participating restaurants are:
      •  LJ Kilkare Inn(M55 across from Spicer's Boat City)
      • Limberlost (M55 across from the Bobcat Field)
      • Booners (M18 south of M55)
  • Board meetings are on Sunday in the high school library at 6:00p.m.  (Schedule available upon request).  For entrance, please use the back door by the baseball field.

If you are able to work concessions, please contact JoAnn Warner at 366-5353.   If you are able to help with the ticket sales, please contact Kelly Tharp at 366-6639.
